A retired Army Acquisition Officer with five years in PEO EIS as APM/PM for Warfighter Support, Mike oversaw more than $2 billion in acquisitions and is a subject matter expert in source selection, federal acquisition, and contracting. He holds DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management and Level II+ in Contracting.

A retired Army Acquisition Officer and PMP-certified program manager with an MBA and a Master's in Procurement & Acquisition Management, Mike served as PM for FCS Spinout 1 and spent four years with TRADOC developing expertise in program management, requirements, and modeling & simulation. He holds DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management.

A retired federal civil servant with more than two decades of Army and DoD leadership, Boyd served as Product Director of Army ALTESS and Chief Technology Officer for PEO EIS, pairing deep technical engineering expertise with acquisition program management across systems supporting national security missions worldwide. He holds a Master of Science in Information Management from Syracuse University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Averett University, along with Advanced Level certification in Program Management and Practitioner Level certification in Engineering and Technical Management from the Defense Acquisition University.
